  • Visit of a delegation from the Turkish Embassy

    On January 14, 2025, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Burhan Kuruglo, Charge d’Affaires of the Turkish Embassy in Damascus, accompanied by a delegation from the Turkish Embassy, at the Patriarchal Headquarters in Bab Touma – Damascus.

    The meeting was attended by their Eminences: Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury, Archbishop of Homs, Hama, Tartous and Environs, Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Assistant, Mor Andrawos Bahhi, Patriarchal Vicar for Youth Affairs and Christian Education, and Mor Augeen Al-Khoury Nemat, Patriarchal Secretary.…
