On October 17, 2023, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II met the priests of the Patriarchal Vicariate of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, at the Archdiocesan Headquarters in Istanbul.
Their Eminences Archbishops: Mor Philoxenus Yusuf Cetin, Patriarchal Vicar of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, Mor Theophilos George Saliba, Patriarchal Advisor, and Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Assistant, were also present at the meeting.
