Visit of His Eminence Mor Athanasius Geevarghese

From June 6 to June 8, 2022, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Eminence Mor Athanasius Geevarghese, Metropolitan of the Simhasana churches in South Kerala, Abbot of Mor Ignatius Monastery and Patriarchal Vicar in the Malankara Archdiocese of Australia, at the Patriarchal Residence in Atchaneh – Lebanon.Very Rev. Fr. Markose Abraham, Patriarchal Secretary for Indian Affairs, also attended the meeting.During the visit, His Eminence reported to His Holiness on the current situation of Mor Ignatius Dayro and the newly established Malankara Archdiocese of Australia.
