  • Visit of His Excellency George Asadorian

    On September 21, 2023, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received the newly appointed Armenian Catholic Bishop of Damascus His Excellency George Asadorian, accompanied by a delegatin from the Armenian Catholic Archdiocese of Damascus, at the Patriarchate Headquarters in Bab Touma – Damascus.

    The meeting was attended by their Eminences Archbishops: Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Assistant, and Mor Augeen Al-Khoury Nemat, Patriarchal Secretary.

    During the meeting, His Holiness congratulated His Eminence for his new appointment and wished him success in his mission.
