Visit to the Headquarters of SOS Chretiens d’Orient

On October 26, 2021, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II visited the headquarters of SOS Chretiens d’Orient, in Paris.Their Eminences Archbishops: Mor George Kourieh, Patriarchal Vicar in Belgium, France and Luxembourg, Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury, Archbishop of Homs, Hama, Tartous and Environs, and Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director, accompanied His Holiness as well as Very Rev. Fr. Yacoub Aydin and Very Rev. Raban Zakai Jalma.His Holiness thanked SOS Chretiens d’Orient for their humanitarian help in the Middle East, especially in Syria. He appreciated the collaboration that exists with the Patriarchate to assist the needy.
