With submission to the will of the Lord and with great sadness we announce the passing into eternal life of our Holy Father, His Holiness Moran Mor Ignatius Zakka I Iwas, the Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, The Supreme Head of the Universal Syriac Orthodox Church. His Holiness passed away after suffering a massive heart attack while in Germany for treatment. May God rest him in peace and may his memory be eternal !
